All orders placed after December 5 are shipped:
- via Omniva (Baltic states);
- via DPD (Europe);
- UPS or Fedex (rest of the world).

Ordering
Always make sure to order the right size of the product. To assist you with this, a size chart is available in each product gallery. The bottom of the chart has girth measurements for the fullest part of your hips. The size chart contains all international sizing standards. The size of the model wearing the product is stated in each product description. If you are purchasing Lickstarter panties as a gift, find out the person’s skirt or trouser size to help select the right size. 

Shipping
Your order will ship in 1-3 days. If for some reason this is not possible, we will contact you and offer another solution. Delivery is by mail. For your convenience, we also offer express delivery service. Express delivery is the only way to guarantee that your order arrives on the specified date.

Delivery times by mail. NB! Apply on orders placed before December 5.
Baltic states:  approximately 2-4 business days (via Omniva).
Within Europe: approximately 14-21 business days
USA: approximately 14-32 business days
Canada: approximately 24-40 business days
Australia, New Zealand and other parts of the world: approximately six weeks.

NB! Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on various factors such as the country’s national holidays, postal workers’ strike, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures, etc. Delivery times increase substantially in December, before Christmas. We are not responsible for shipping delays or other circumstances that are not up to us.

Delivery times by express courier
Within Europe: 1-2 working days
Rest of the world: 2-4 working days
NB! Please provide your phone number to ensure timely and successful express delivery.

Make sure that recipients address is correct and contains all the information necessary to ensure successful delivery. Please provide an address where recipient will stay for at least three weeks after the order date. You may provide an address where you can be reached during working hours. This will facilitate both post office and courier deliveries.

When your order ships, we will send you a message containing order tracking information. Mail shipments can be traced in almost all countries of the world. Express orders are 100% traceable.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Payment
Lickstarter accepts all payment methods, including card payments, PayPal and bank transfers. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in the price of the product. Your order will be processed after the payment has been received. Please contact us if you have any questions!

Refunds & Returns
Returns are not offered for underwear products for hygiene reasons.
The only exception is when a wrong size or design has been sent. Always check our size chart when placing an order to avoid any issues upon delivery.
